The registration deadline for AP EAMCET 2026 has been extended to March 17, 2026, without a late fee. AP EAMCET 2026 Registration Deadline Extended

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has announced an extension for the AP EAMCET 2026 registration deadline. Candidates now have until March 17, 2026, to apply for admission to various engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy programs without incurring a late fee. The registration portal is accessible through the official website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTU Kakinada) is responsible for conducting the computer-based examination, which will take place between May 12 and May 20, 2026.

Key Dates for AP EAMCET 2026

  • Registration Deadline (without late fee): March 17, 2026
  • Application Correction Window: April 4 to April 6, 2026
  • Admit Card Release: April 28, 2026
  • Engineering Stream Exam Dates: May 12 to 15, and May 18, 2026
  • Agriculture & Pharmacy Stream Exam Dates: May 19 and May 20, 2026
  • Preliminary Answer Key Release: May 23, 2026
  • Last Date to Raise Objections: May 25, 2026 (Rs. 300 fee per objection, refundable if valid)
  • Results Declaration: June 1, 2026

Exams will be held daily in two shifts: a morning session from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and an afternoon session from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Application Fees

The application fees for AP EAMCET 2026 vary by category:

  • General Candidates: Rs. 800
  • BC Candidates: Rs. 750
  • SC and ST Candidates: Rs. 700

Candidates who fail to register by the March 17 deadline will still be able to apply, but a late fee will be applicable.

AP EAMCET 2026 Exam Pattern

Understanding the exam structure is crucial for preparation:

  • Total Questions: The question paper will consist of 160 multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
  • Marking Scheme: Each question carries one mark, with no negative marking for incorrect answers.
  • Agriculture & Pharmacy Streams: The exam for these streams will include 80 questions from Biology (Botany and Zoology) and 40 questions each from Physics and Chemistry.
  • Exam Language: The examination will be conducted in both English and Telugu. An Urdu translation option will be available specifically at the Kurnool test center.
